Buzz Beach Bar

Ölüdeniz is the long beach and protected lagoon south of Fethiye, known for the paragliders who fly from the mountain behind the resort and land on the beach. Buzz is a long-running bar and seafood grill on the seafront there. It opens from midday brunch, with DJs playing chill-out music in the afternoon, and runs through dinner into the night.

The bar is best known for its frozen margaritas, coladas and ice cream cocktails, and there are two cocktail happy hours, one of them at sunset. In the day there is brunch, lunch and lighter plates. In the evening the kitchen turns to the seafood grill. The lunch, dinner and drinks menus are posted on the website, so you can look before you go.

There is no marina at Ölüdeniz. Most charter guests come by taxi from Fethiye, where yachts berth at the marinas or on the town quay. In settled weather, ask the captain whether the yacht can anchor off the beach for the day and land you by tender, then walk along the seafront to the bar.

Buzz is a summer venue, open from early May to the end of October. The season starts with an opening party and ends with a closing party, with themed nights such as Ibiza Classics and White Night in between. Bookings are taken only for dinner and only by WhatsApp, with seatings at 19:00, 19:30 and 21:00, at beach level or on the terrace. Arrive on time, as tables are held for only 15 minutes.
