Café Calma

Café Calma is an all-day café and bar on the square at Limassol Marina, a few steps from the sea. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, with coffee, cocktails and desserts in between.

On the marina square

Calma marked ten years at the marina in 2024, the same year it was renovated. Since 2018 it has belonged to Carob Mill Restaurants, part of the Lanitis Group, which also runs Karatello tavern by the castle. The terrace looks across the marina, and the café has been recognised at the World Luxury Restaurant Awards.

What to order

Breakfast is served until noon. The Cyprus breakfast brings eggs, pork lountza, pork sausage, halloumi, tomato, cucumber, olives and a sesame koulouri; there are also eggs Benedict, smoked salmon bagels and pancakes with forest fruits or honey and walnuts.

Later in the day, choose salmon and halibut carpaccio, warm filo-crusted feta with honey and pomegranate, a prawn and crab salad with mango and avocado, or the Calma club sandwich, with wine and cocktails from the bar. Burgers, pasta and risotto, grills and a children’s menu cover everyone else.

Getting there from the yacht

The café is on Limassol Marina’s square, so from a berth in the marina it is a short walk. From the old port or the castle, allow about five minutes on foot. The marina’s shops and the Paradox Museum are close by.

Good to know

It is open every day from 9am to 1am, and the kitchen closes at 11pm. Book by phone for a terrace table on summer evenings. With breakfast from the morning, it is a useful meeting point for guests joining the yacht.
