Folie Marine

The beach club has umbrellas and lounge areas on the beach and a large pool with its own bar, which the resort calls the most modern pool on the south coast. Prive by Folie Marine is the restaurant, lounge and beach area for a longer lunch or dinner.

Evenings have a set programme through the summer: Sundance sessions for the sunset, a dinner show on Saturdays and a live DJ on Friday nights.

At Prive the cooking is gourmet, and a sushi menu with a wide choice of combinations is served close to the sea. The Folie Marine restaurant cooks Italian dishes from seasonal local ingredients, so it suits a group that would rather have pasta than sushi. Between swims, the beach bar and the pool bar serve cocktails through the afternoon.

There are no yacht docks between Orikum and Sarandë, so the yacht anchors off Jalë and guests come ashore by tender to the beach. Book beds or a table first, so the club knows to expect you. If part of the group is travelling by road, Jalë is reached from the coast road between Dhërmi and Himarë.

The season runs from mid-May to about 20 September. The resort publishes separate reservation lines: one for the beach and club, and one for Prive. Book ahead for weekends in July and August, when the dinner show and DJ nights are on, and check the evening programme when you call.
