FREE AT LAST is a 95 foot luxury racing cruiser custom built by Monty North in 2001 and transformed through a complete rebuild in 2025. She mostly cruises in East Med during the summer and in West Med during the winter, accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 cabins and has up to 4 professional crew on board.
Today, she feels entirely renewed, with an interior and exterior that present the same sense of freshness, comfort, and performance envisioned by her designer, Marcelo Penna. Her character is that of a true performance sailing yacht, yet she carries the elegance, refinement, and ease of a modern luxury cruiser.
LIFE ON BOARD
Stepping on board, guests are welcomed by her beautiful teak flush deck, a signature feature that immediately conveys her racing heritage and open air lifestyle. The deck layout is clean, spacious, and wonderfully social, with U shaped sofas that invite relaxed lounging and al fresco dining. Two large steering wheels positioned aft emphasise her performance pedigree, making FREE AT LAST equally suited to spirited regattas and leisurely cruising with friends and family. The atmosphere on deck is informal, sunlit, and effortlessly Mediterranean.
INTERIOR
Inside, FREE AT LAST reveals a warm and inviting open plan interior. The décor blends rich wooden tones with dark, understated fabrics, creating a cosy and contemporary ambience. Large portholes and overhead hatches flood the saloon with natural light, giving the dining area a bright and comfortable feel whether guests are enjoying breakfast at anchor or dinner under sail. Accommodation is arranged for up to eight guests across three ensuite cabins. The master cabin is notably spacious, offering generous storage and a calm place to unwind, while the two additional cabins can be configured either as twins or doubles and each includes a Pullman berth. The galley is positioned at the opposite end of the yacht, ensuring complete privacy and quiet for guests throughout the day.
REFIT IN 2025
Her 2025 rebuild has elevated FREE AT LAST to an exceptional standard, combining technical reliability with enhanced guest comfort. The yacht has been fully repainted, fitted with brand new teak decks, and refreshed throughout the interior. Quiet, high efficiency air conditioning ensures comfort in all climates, while Starlink Wi Fi and a Sonos sound system bring modern connectivity and entertainment on board. Major technical systems — including engines, generators, hydraulics, and navigation equipment — have been upgraded or replaced, giving the yacht smooth, dependable performance on every passage.
DESIGN AND STYLING
FREE AT LAST carries the spirit of Italian elegance in her interior styling, expressed through simplicity, authenticity, and refined design. She is operated by a highly experienced and professional crew of four, whose expertise spans performance sailing, charter hospitality, and long distance cruising.
WATER TOYS
A selection of water toys adds to the enjoyment on board, including two brand new stand up paddleboards, a wingfoil, and an e foil, with additional items to be confirmed. She also has a modern 3.8-Metre / 12.8ft tender on board.
